The Swiss Finance Institute was established in 1987 as a
non-profit foundation. The members of the foundation are leaders in the area of
wealth management: Bank Julius Baer Ltd., Bank Vontobel AG, Credit Suisse Group,
Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch & Cie., and UBS AG. The Swiss Finance Institute focuses
exclusively on executive education for financial institutions. In linking
renowned academics and senior practitioners, its objective is to help executives
understand the latest developments and assess the strategic implications for the
finance industry. Each year in its exclusive International Private Banking
Retreat it gathers 25 senior executives from private banking from all over the
world for a week-long seminar on strategic developments in wealth management. To
remain at the forefront of global developments in banking and finance,
the Swiss Finance Institute co-operates with reputed academics and professionals,
and fosters a wide network of finance executives through its Alumni Association.

Carnegie Mellon University

| Established in 1900, Carnegie Mellon
University has transformed

serve the needs of Pittsburgh's industrial workers, to a leading institute with
nationally renowned programs, to its position today as one of the world's
leading private research universities. Since its opening in 1949 the Tepper
School of Business* of Carnegie Mellon University has
been a powerful force for innovation in management and management education. The
ideas developed at The Tepper School of Business of Carnegie Mellon University have spread to the other major management schools and
now underlie much of what is considered excellent in management education
throughout the USA. The Tepper School of Business of Carnegie Mellon University present and former faculty members have won wide
acclaim and four Nobel Prizes. The Tepper School of Business of Carnegie Mellon
University has a top-rated doctoral program and offers
highly regarded courses in economics and management. The Wall Street Journal
ranks the Tepper School of Business 2nd in its international ranking of
business schools (September 2004).
*The business school was renamed in April 2004. It
previously has been operating under the labeling "Graduate School of

| The University of Geneva has developed a long tradition
in research and teaching in business administration since the foundation of the
faculty of economics and social sciences in 1915. This faculty is among the
first in Europe to unify these different academic fields in a comprehensive
structure. The HEC Geneva (Hautes Etudes Commerciales) offers a comprehensive

Dating from the foundation of the Academy in 1537, the University of
Lausanne, together with the Federal Polytechnic of Lausanne, now forms a vast
campus devoted to teaching and research, whose influence extends far beyond the
frontiers of Switzerland. The HEC Lausanne (Hautes Etudes Commerciales) is well
integrated into the business life of the Geneva/Lausanne region where it enjoys
a first-rate reputation for its training in business management, finance and
economics, and this reputation, together with a far-reaching network of academic
and professional contacts, has also earned its international recognition.
Together with the University of Geneva and 21 leading partners from the
finance and technology community of the Lake Geneva region, the University of
Lausanne founded the International Center for Financial Asset Management (FAME)
in 1996. FAME supports cutting-edge training and education through a doctoral
program in finance, in association with leading academics worldwide. FAME also
conducts top-quality, applied research projects concerning the most recent
problems coming through in asset management and financial engineering.
Furthermore, FAME develops standards of excellence in asset management based on
the unique expertise of its founding members.

University of St. Gallen
|

| The University of St. Gallen exclusively on business, economics, and law.
Having been founded in 1899, it today has a strong international orientation
with 25% of its total student population coming from outside of Switzerland.
Within its exclusive focus on business and closely related areas, it
practices an integrated and interdisciplinary approach to research and teaching,
today enjoying the highest international regard. Since 1990 the
University of St. Gallen has been a member of the Community of European
Management Schools (CEMS), an association of Europe's leading business schools.
The Swiss Institute of Banking and Finance at the University of St. Gallen is
active in a broad range of subjects in banking strategy, financial and capital
markets, corporate finance, and risk management. The faculty of the institute
are all active in research, in academic and executive education, as well as in

University of Zurich

| Founded in 1833, the University of Zurich is today the largest university in
Switzerland offering the broadest and deepest range of courses. The University
of Zurich is internationally renowned both as a place of education and as a
research center. The Faculty of Economics, Business Administration and
Information Technology at the University of Zurich is among the
leaders in its field, offering an extensive array of graduate courses as
well as in-depth doctoral programs in all three areas. Being located in Zurich,
the premier financial center of Switzerland, the faculty is constantly
involved in innovative consulting and teaching projects, which provide the
acid test for the academic knowledge in a real-world context. The faculty's
finance-related projects range from developing the Swiss National Center of
Competence Research in Risk Management, in co-operation with the Swiss Federal
Institute of Technology, to supporting regulatory developments in the finance
industry, utilizing the close contacts to the Faculty of Law at the university.
